Our company is a diversified general contractor and construction manager with over 100 years of experience, specializing in delivering quality projects across major markets such as education, transportation, and healthcare.

As a third-generation, family-owned business, we prioritize innovation, collaboration, and long-standing partnerships to provide exceptional construction services.

Due to some recent / upcoming retirements, we are seeking a seasoned Project Manager or Sr Project Manager with experience at a supervisory level, who has the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining a positive client / contractor relationship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $15M - $40M+ annually
• Manage the project financials and job budgets & profitability while delivering a quality project
• Lead the project team - client, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, vendors
• Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs & financial reporting, subcontracts, COs, POs, etc. - Managing overall project document control
• Plan and coordinate construction activities
• Evaluate risk
