What You’ll Be Working On

Architect and lead the development of sophisticated, customer‑facing features that delight our users and drive business impact
Mentor and guide engineers across the organization, elevating team capabilities through code reviews, technical design reviews, and knowledge sharing
Drive technical strategy and make critical architectural decisions that shape the future of our platform
Collaborate with engineering leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Champion engineering excellence through best practices, testing strategies, and system reliability improvements
Lead technical initiatives from conception to production, ensuring high‑quality delivery and measurable outcomes
Optimize performance and scalability of critical systems serving global brands and millions of creators

Our Tech Stack

Frontend : React, TypeScript

Backend : NodeJS, Python, Django, GraphQL

Database : PostgreSQL (Google Cloud SQL), Google Cloud Datastore

Testing : Jest, Playwright

DevOps : Docker, Google Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Tasks

Monitoring : Datadog, Rollbar, Google Error Monitoring

Tooling : GitHub, Jira, VS Code, Cursor, Storybook, Auth0

AI agentic coding encouraged and supported

What We’re Looking For

10+ years experience building and shipping exceptional web applications at scale

Deep expertise in both frontend and backend development, with proven ability to work across the full stack

Strong architectural skills with experience designing and implementing complex, distributed systems

Proven track record of technical leadership, including mentoring engineers and driving technical initiatives

Excellence in system design, including APIs, microservices, database architecture, and performance optimization

Strong problem‑solving abilities and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences

Ownership mindset with demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to production

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Experience with production systems at scale, including monitoring, debugging, and incident response

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience leading or architecting mobile‑friendly PWAs or React Native applications

Deep knowledge of analytics tools, CRM systems, or marketing tech

Interest in digital marketing, social media, e‑commerce, or content creation

Compensation

The base salary for this role is between $200,000–240,000. This role will not be eligible for bonuses. The final offer amount will depend on experience, location, and other factors, and may differ from the range above. This range excludes additional benefits such as equity, 401(k), and medical, dental or vision insurance.
