Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor on night shift for our long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facility.

Job responsibilities for our Registered Nurse Supervisors include but are not limited to the following :

• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility.
• Administer medications and document therapeutic effects
• Assist with resident comfort
• Direct the day-to-day functions of the CNA's in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the facility.
• Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies as may be requested.
• Interpret the department's policies and procedures to personnel, residents, and visitors, and government agencies as required.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Complete accident / incident reports as necessary.
• Report all discrepancies noted concerning physician's orders, diet change, charting error, etc., to the DON.
