Blood Bank Analyst

A company is looking for a SafeTrace Tx Blood Bank Analyst to support and maintain the SafeTrace Tx transfusion management system.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) and technical resource for the SafeTrace Tx system

Perform system configuration, testing, implementation, validation, and maintenance of SafeTrace Tx

Collaborate with laboratory, nursing, IT, and compliance teams to optimize transfusion workflows and documentation

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with SafeTrace Tx or other LIS / Blood Bank information systems

Strong understanding of blood bank / transfusion medicine workflows and regulatory compliance requirements

Familiarity with interface engines and HL7 messaging (ADT, ORU, etc.)

Experience with software testing, validation documentation, and change management
