Staff members must have a healthy relationship with Jesus, and a commitment to North Coast Church vision and values. Purpose of Position :
- To lead a healthy and productive - aged ministry building a healthy staff and volunteer adult team creating an environment that furthers their young adult’s relationship with God.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions) :
Grow A Healthy Mid-Week Ministry
Train and Develop a Thriving Leadership Team
Create a Culture of Service
Create smooth transitions by partnering with the / Ministry to successfully attract and retain all Seniors leaving the / ministry.
Prepare - year olds to live a life on fire for Christ as they start their journey in their careers, marriage and future families
Partner with Parents
