Domino's Pizza in Fenton, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading our staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high product quality standards
• Assisting in managing inventory, controlling costs, and optimizing restaurant performance
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
• Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently
• Supporting the store manager in staff scheduling, training, and development
• Overseeing cash management and daily financial reporting

• Assisting in implementing new procedures and promotions to drive sales and improve efficiency
