✨ Key Responsibilities

Provide direct care and supervision for at-risk youth in a residential setting

Create a supportive, structured home environment that promotes growth and stability

Teach life skills, problem-solving, and healthy communication

Support children through emotional and behavioral challenges

Plan family meals, recreational activities, and enrichment opportunities

Manage household responsibilities : budgeting, shopping, transportation, and appointments

Collaborate with a team of youth care workers, educators, and staff

📅 Work Schedule

Live-in residential caregiver role

Rotating schedule : 5 days on / 2 days off (with an extra day off every 4 weeks)

Daily routine includes :

Morning : Preparing youth for school

School hours : Paperwork, meetings, training, personal time

Afternoons / Evenings : Homework help, meals, family activities, life skills, relaxation

Weekends / Summers : Outings, sports, volunteering, and family traditions

💵 Pay & Benefits

Salary : $43,500–$45,000

✅ Requirements

Age 21 or older

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license & clean driving record

Ability to pass background check & psychological evaluation

Willingness to complete 3-week paid training
