  • Machinist - WEEKLY PAY - $26 / hour

Location : George, IA

Pay : $20 - $26 / hour ( depending on experience )

Hours : Monday thru Friday, 6am-2 : 30pm

Join a dynamic team in a leading manufacturer and supplier of farm equipment, where you will contribute to the production of vital parts for farming machinery and hydraulic lifts for utility vehicles. The company also specializes in manufacturing portable augers, stationary augers, chain conveyors, and grain wagons.

Responsibilities

  • Perform equipment maintenance whenever issues arise.
  • Promote a safe environment throughout all facilities.
  • Familiarize yourself with all equipment in the facility and develop personalized maintenance methods.
  • Handle all regular weekly, monthly, and annual paperwork.

    • Skills

  • Minimum of 2+ years machine maintenance experience.
  • Proficiency in reading and following blueprints.
  • Must be able to accurately read and understand tape measurements to 16th inch.
  • Ability to safely handle and operate hand and power tools.
  • Capability to bend, squat, and move in and out of pieces of equipment.
  • Experience with hand and power tools.
  • Assembly and production expertise.
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting and machine operating.
  • Experience with change over processes.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 / hr.
