- Deliver expected results against Sr Manager Execution KPI's / Goals.
- Engage in a Cross-functional role to promote new ways of working, align promotions and merchandising plans against goals and encourage collaboration to ensure the Execution Strategy
- Lead Barcel Innovation support, communication, Execution strategy and expectations with Frontline (BBU / Barcel)
- Ensure Barcel Gold Standards and merchandising guidelines are communicated, understood, and followed by all Sales Leaders
- Works collaborative with MKT, CATMAN, and KAM to build and align execution & merchandising strategies
- Establish the bridge between the KAM and DSD to improve collaboration and strengthen the execution Strategy
- Responsible for Promotional Merchandising Execution Plan to communicate with the Regional Sales Leaders to execute
- Responsible for BLU Customer Team Large Format Focus / Synergy Support. (Walmart, Target, Kroger, Safeway, etc)
- Responsible for BLU Customer Team Small Format Focus / Synergy Support. (7-Eleven, QT, Circle K, etc.)
- Responsible to Develop, Support and Communicate Barcel Brand Stewardship in coordination with Center of Excellence
- Be the guardian of Execution Strategy processes defined and standardized by Sales Team
- Identify pain points & root causes in current processes to propose collaborative solutions
- Boost accountability by tracking and reporting orders, innovation launches, RTDs, KPIs, to measure performance per Region and Program
- Ensure Frontline will have the right information and guidelines within their tools to boost our execution.
- Use dashboards and reports to identify execution opportunities to develop plans against results.
- This role gives high exposure to different departments at all levels.

Qualifications :
