Illinois Licensed Revenue Cycle Rep

A company is looking for a Rev Cycle Denials Representative with experience in denials, appeals, contracts, and Epic.

Key Responsibilities

Handle escalated account and payer issues, including complex edits and appeals

Assist with training and education for staff to ensure accuracy in billing and reimbursement processes

Identify payer and system issues to initiate project requests for process improvements

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D

One year of experience in healthcare or as a high-performing Accounts Receivable Representative 1

Preferred credit and collection experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Receivables Management systems

Ability to critically think and solve complex problems with minimal supervision
