We are seeking licensed or provisionally licensed therapists (LMSW, LCSW-C LGPC, LCPC) to join our collaborative team. This role is available for our Baltimore or Frederick office, virtual only, or hybrid roles, and focused on providing high-quality, integrative psychotherapy for clients seeking support with holistic modalities, psychedelic preparation, integration, and trauma healing.

What We Offer

  • Fee-for-service percentage model
  • Equivalent pay range : $50–$100 per client session based on clinician experience, and form of payment.

  • Professional development : $500 annual CEU stipend.

What We’re Looking For

  • Maryland licensed clinician (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C) eligible for independent or supervised practice.
  • Interest and / or experience in psychedelic integration therapy (training provided for motivated candidates).
  • Strong grounding in somatic or trauma-focused modalities (IFS, EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic therapy, etc.).
  • Commitment to inclusivity, equity, and earth-centered healing practices.
  • Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy sessions for individuals exploring trauma healing, psychedelic preparation / integration, and holistic well-being.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with state and insurance requirements.
  • Participate in supervision and team meetings.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Location
