IT System Accounts Manager (DGS-X)

Job Description :
Provide general account administration services supporting Microsoft Windows and UNIX-based operating systems, for the Air Force DCGS Experimental enclave (DGS-X), Langley AFB, VA. Non-daytime shiftwork required.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and update user accounts within the IAM system, including re-validation (e.g., annual account attestation) and or job/role change
• Create accounts, reset passwords, and modify accounts with approved changes
• Perform password resets in response to end-user requests, manage expiration dates, and synchronize password resets with all provisioned endpoints
• Monitor and respond to ticket queues for customer requests
• Provide the ability to de-provision access to accounts (whether manually or via integration with DCGS IAM systems)
• Maintain workflow processes to support multiple approvers as defined in the DCGS IAM workflow process
• Provide subject matter expertise for Account Management in the Enterprise
• Monitor account database for unused or expired accounts per Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) guidelines
• Perform remote IAM services where possible

Required Qualifications:

• Two years Active Directory experience
• Two years general IT client systems support experience
• DoD 8570 certified, IAT Level II
• Project strong customer focus
