Test Manager

A company is looking for a Test Manager (OSS / BSS testing) to lead the OSS / BSS testing workstream for a telecom transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the end-to-end test strategy for OSS / BSS systems

Oversee all phases of testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Track and report test progress, defects, and risks to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a Test Manager role

Strong background in telecom OSS / BSS systems

Proficiency with test management tools such as Jira and Xcal

Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive quality across complex environments
