Environmental Planner - Senior

Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior CEQA / NEPA Environmental Planner in the Placer County area. This individual will also be managing and preparing CEQA and NEPA documents. This can be a hybrid position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing and preparing CEQA and NEPA documents, conducting and overseeing impact analysis
• Responsible for report preparation and document review
• Responsible for business development, staff development, mentoring, and client care
• Responsible for collaborating with multidisciplinary staff of an environmental firm
• Ability to prepare and manage complex environmental documentation for a wide variety of local and regional projects
• Will be responsible for building and expanding long-term client relationships and developing new business
• Work with the Director of CEQA / NEPA Services and the Operations Manager to assist with providing leadership, training, and mentorship for the CEQA / NEPA Group
• Minimal travel; may attend client meetings

Education and Experience
