Position : Therapist-OT-Occupational Therapist (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in various settings.

Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Set and achieve personal performance goals aligned with company targets.

Monitor and document patient progress to ensure effective treatment.

Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises.

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in therapy.

Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve service delivery.

Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of patients.

Engage in community outreach to promote occupational therapy services.

Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.

Experience / Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapy license in Texas and relevant certifications.

Proven track record of achieving performance targets and goals.

Experience in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Strong communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to monitor and document patient progress effectively.

Knowledge of regulatory and ethical standards in occupational therapy.
