Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our commercial construction projects in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of successfully managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Develop, track, and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and specifications.
- Collaborate with superintendents, engineers, architects, and clients to proactively identify and resolve project issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Foster a professional, collaborative, and safety-conscious work environment across all project teams.
Qualifications :
Experience managing commercial construction projects.Experience with ground-up construction, tenant improvements, or retail builds preferred.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, project management tools, and safety regulations.Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
