We have an exciting opportunity for a Landscaping Project Manager to join our team and become a vital part of a team-oriented environment! Our Landscaping Project Manager will play an essential role in the day-to-day leadership of our crew members. This is an ideal role for a tech-savvy Landscaping Project Manager with strong attention to detail, a passion for leading a team, and the experience to deliver profitable landscape enhancement projects. We offer a stable, professional, collaborative work environment that values input and fosters growth. We provide a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000, health insurance, a profit sharing program, a Simple IRA with a 4% company match, paid time off, and a company vehicle.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience leading landscape maintenance crews
• 3+ years of project management experience with installation or enhancement projects
• Strong knowledge of landscape design principles and plant knowledge
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
• Experience with landscape management software required, Aspire preferred
• Strong people leadership skills and a passion for creating a positive work environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
