Landscaping Project Manager

Rapoza Landscape, located in Falmouth, MA, is proud to maintain some of Cape Cod's most beautiful properties. We have an exciting opportunity for a Landscaping Project Manager to join our team and become a vital part of a team-oriented environment! Our Landscaping Project Manager will play an essential role in the day-to-day leadership of our crew members. This is an ideal role for a tech-savvy Landscaping Project Manager with strong attention to detail, a passion for leading a team, and the experience to deliver profitable landscape enhancement projects. We offer a stable, professional, collaborative work environment that values input and fosters growth. We provide a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000, health insurance, a profit sharing program, a Simple IRA with a 4% company match, paid time off, and a company vehicle.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience leading landscape maintenance crews
  • 3+ years of project management experience with installation or enhancement projects
  • Strong knowledge of landscape design principles and plant knowledge
  • Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
  • Experience with landscape management software required, Aspire preferred
  • Strong people leadership skills and a passion for creating a positive work environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Create and monitor maintenance routes to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Deliver enhancement projects on time and within budget
  • Coach and develop 6-8 crews to achieve results
  • Develop project plans that cover timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Procure materials and plants for all enhancement projects
  • Oversee daily site operations to maintain quality control and ensure safety compliance
  • Create a culture of recognition and accountability for all team members
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions
  • Identify challenges and provide effective solutions to keep projects on track
