IN radiology license, BLS Floating Req to Sister Facilities : Possible float will be if needed Open to accommodating block schedule? To be discussed Pending State License accepted : Yes. RTO Restrictions : Must work 2 / 3 major holidays Guaranteed Hours : 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek. Special Requirements : Outpatient, Inpatient, and ER patient expectation, ER : 38 beds, EMR : Cerner, PACS : Synapse.
