We are looking for a leader for our Analytical Test Technician team based out of our Durham, NC facility!  We need an Analytical Test Supervisor!  This position requires that you have direct experience in Analytical Testing in the Semiconductor Manufacuring Industry / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry.  We also require that you are local the Durham NC office but willing to travel for projects when needed across the US!

Responsibilities :

• Operate, organize, and maintain analytical testing equipment
• Organize, coordinate, and maintain records of equipment calibrations
• Manage analytical technicians and schedules
• Client interface and management
• Help bid work and build proposals
• Create, review, sign-off, and deliver test reporting
• Attend regular internal and project coordination meetings, both virtual and in-person
• Able to work and manage projects and personnel independently
• Review and approve time sheets and expense reports
• Able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime
• Able to coach, train, and develop analytical technicians
• Able to travel on both long-term and short-term projects
