Position Summary :

As an IT Specialist, you'll manage and support the firm's technology infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with accounting practices and regulatory requirements. You'll play a key role in shaping technology strategy, maintaining system integrity, and supporting specialized accounting software.

Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Provide technical support for accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Set up new employees with secure system access
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades Troubleshooting & Vendor Management
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Coordinate with vendors for support and repairs
• Ensure offsite duties are completed on schedule Inventory Management
• Track and order IT equipment and supplies Security Management
• Implement antivirus, firewalls, and data protection protocols
• Manage backup and recovery systems Training & Documentation
• Create and deliver user training materials
• Train staff on system operations System Testing
• Research, implement, and test new software and updates
