Job Summary :

Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.

Job Requirements :

Education and Work Experience :

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor's) : Required
• Master's Degree : Preferred

Essential Functions :

The estimated base pay for this position is $43.98 - $65.91. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
