General Manager
Domino's Team BAM! is looking for a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills to run our store efficiently, take care of our customers, and support our team members!
Responsibilities include managing store operations and driving results, including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality. Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members, manage food safety and team member safety, provide best in class customer service, and increase sales and profit potential.
Prior experience in a management role or similar experience is required. Customer service experience is required. Fast food / quick service restaurant experience is preferred. A valid driver's license is required. High School education or equivalent is required. Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills are required. Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal, experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor is required. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, excellent verbal, written, and communication skills are required.
