Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Execution Manager to lead the cross-functional success of construction projects across strategic market growth opportunities. This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of complex projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Project Manager (PMP or equivalent) with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning and award through final delivery ensuring projects are completed on time to meet or exceed the customers expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations.
• Identify communicate and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Coordinate internal teams and external entities to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project performance and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
• Promote a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
