Speechify's text-to-speech products turn PDFs, books, Google Docs, news articles, and websites into audio to help people read faster, read more, and remember more. Our products include the iOS app, Android app, Mac app, Chrome extension, and Web app. Speechify has been recognized by Google as the Chrome Extension of the Year and by Apple as App of the Day.

Our interview process is structured and typically progresses through several technical interviews, with an aim to complete within one week.

What You'll Do

• Work with machine learning researchers, engineers, and product managers to bring AI Voices to a diverse set of use cases.
• Deploy and operate the core ML inference workloads for the AI Voices serving pipeline.
• Introduce new techniques, tools, and architectures to improve performance, latency, throughput, and efficiency of deployed models.
• Build tools to gain visibility into bottlenecks and instability, and design and implement solutions to address high-priority issues.
