Tessera is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our dedicated team supporting operations at the United States Air Force Academy. In this role, you will play a vital part in receiving, storing, and distributing mission-critical materials and equipment. You'll maintain accurate inventory records, operate warehouse machinery, and ensure safety and compliance every step of the way. Typical duties include but are not limited to :

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in accordance with military and contract standards
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Maximo, DoD e-Tools, and other approved systems
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or recurring inventory issues
• Issue and distribute parts, tools, and equipment to maintenance teams
• Prepare documentation for shipments, transfers, and inventory adjustments
• Collaborate with logistics and maintenance personnel to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor warehouse safety and environmental compliance
• Report any concerns or violations promptly
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training
