Engineering Manager, Applied AI

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Applied AI.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and build the Applied AI Team, defining technical vision and success metrics

Oversee end-to-end ownership of applied AI initiatives, including model development and MLOps

Collaborate cross-functionally to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver production-grade ML systems

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a technical lead or manager on ML or Applied AI teams

Proven experience shipping production ML models in customer-facing applications

Strong engineering fundamentals and hands-on coding experience

Familiarity with modern ML tooling and MLOps practices

Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop technical strategies
