Join a mission-driven medical group in the Greater Sacramento area as a full-time or part-time Float Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant . This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely while providing clinic coverage as needed. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive care team focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered outpatient care—without the demands of nights, weekends, or panel management.

Compensation & Benefits

Highly competitive base salary range : $148,520 - $172,130

Flexible full-time or part-time

No call, no weekends

Requirements

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in California

1-2 years of clinical experience preferred

Bilingual Russian, Farsi, Pashto / Pushto, or Spanish preferred

Comfort with both in-person and virtual care delivery

Strong adaptability, communication, and team-based care skills
