The Medical Administrative Manager assures that this mission is the foundation for the delivery of services and carrying out job duties.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Medical Administrative Manager supports the Nurse Manager in the hiring, scheduling and supervision of the 24 / 7 nursing and medical support staff.  Additionally, this role provides administrative support to the Medical Leadership Team, including the Chief Medical Officer, Director of Medical Operations, Medical Director and Director of Psychiatric Services.  The Medical Administrative Manager joins a dynamic interdisciplinary team of medical providers, nurses, case coordinators, medical technicians, and peers in providing compassionate, trauma-informed, evidence-based medical care to patients using substances.

Provide schedule and staff coverage for withdrawal management program 24 / 7 within, but not exceeding required staff : patient ratio.
