Job descriptionServe as the main point of contact for teachers, staff, parents / guardians, and outside agencies Support classrooms with behavior management, IEP oversight, lesson plan review, and team guidance Attend and participate in IEP meetings Supervise classroom staff and overall program operations Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families Assist with goal-setting, planning, and continuous improvement Master's degree required (PhD preferred) Experience in special education, classroom leadership, and staff supervision Strong communication skills with families, districts, and community partners Compassionate, organized, flexible, and adaptable Background in private schools, charter schools, or special education programs is ideal
Special Education Director
Location : Canonsburg, PA (onsite)
Salary : $80,000-$95,000
Schedule : Monday-Friday | 8 : 00 AM-4 : 00 PM | Year-round role
