Were seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to drive growth, build market presence, and lead business development efforts within the multi-family, senior living, student housing and housing sectors.

This role is ideal for a technically minded, motivated sales professional with deep roots in the A / E / C industry, looking to make a measurable impact within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

🚀 A Day in the Life

• Identify and develop relationships with key industry professionals to uncover and pursue new business opportunities
• Create and expand the company's footprint while establishing strong top-of-mind brand awareness
• Establish profitable, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across target industries
• Research and analyze economic trends and market data to inform outreach strategy and sales planning
• Track sales pipeline and relationship development within a CRM platform
• Manage and coordinate the full sales / proposal process with internal teams, including marketing, preconstruction, project management, and senior leadership
• Attend trade shows, association meetings, and industry events to stay informed, monitor competition, and build valuable connections
• Provide regular progress updates and sales metrics to leadership
• Travel to meet with prospects and explore new market opportunities (up to 40%)
