Travel Nurse RN - Med / Surg / Telemetry - $2,690 to $2,960 per week in Burlington, MA

Facility : Lahey Hospital and Medical Center 11 / 24 / 25 to 02 / 21 / 26 13 Weeks 36 Hours / week 12H Rotating 07 : 00 PM - 07 : 30 PM Position Description : Day one pass / fail testing will be administered. Relias practice tests will be available via Relias. 12H rotating days / nights (7p-7 : 30a, 7a-7 : 30p) - will rotate in 4 week blocks from days to nights. NO CHRISTMAS TIME OFF WILL BE APPROVED. Every other weekend will be required. (Weekends for days - Sat and Sun, weekends for nights will be Fri, Sat, Sun). BLS-AHA required. ACLS-AHA, NIHSS preferred. Ratios will be between 1 : 3-5 and will be expected to float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU and other boarding units. Weekly start dates (Mondays). Floating occurs in 4 hour blocks while on shift - while floating every 4 hours is rare, it could happen. Level 1 trauma experience is preferred. If no prior travel, level 1 trauma will be required.
