Yes, ONLY ACCEPTING LOCALS Facility Highlights - About : PacMed 65+ Health Center is a primary care model (clinic within a clinic) serving our elderly patients (age 62 and up), we are starting with 2 clinicians, and will need 2 MAs (standard MA workflow, working to the top of their scope) to help support the program. Value-based care, team model, goal is to minimize hospital admits / emergency department utilization for our complex patients. - Type of Facility : Outpatient clinic (primary care) - Scrub Color : Pending - Charting : EPIC (experience preferred, but not required) JOB TITLE TAGS DEFINITIONS : Temp to Perm (LOCALS ONLY) The job is strictly for local candidates within a 50-mile radius.
