Job Summary Details :
The GMP Cleaner is responsible for the support activities and disinfection of GMP space, equipment and associated areas involved in production facilities within the manufacturing, R&D, warehousing, and final product fill areas according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
Pay : $23.00 PER HOUR

Essential Job Functions
Follow Proper cleaning / disinfecting schedules according to ABL site specific SOP’sAssist Supervision with internal pre-audits walkthroughs, CGMP housekeeping and general organization and upkeep of manufacturing spacesContributes to the overall operations and to the achievement of departmental goalsPerform job specific tasks in compliance with applicable Regulations, International Standards, and ABL Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.Thorough understanding of Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing PracticesOther duties as assignedMay be required to assist in other departmentsMust be able to wear appropriate clean room attire (i.e. surgical masks) and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Preferred Skills
Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements for cGMP manufacturing facility, especially as they apply to cleaning practices / sterility assurance.Ability to accurately and reproducibly perform arithmetic calculations including fractions, decimals and percentages and basic algebraic and geometric calculationsPhysical Demands
Ability to stand / sit / walk for long periods of timeAbility to lift, push, pull 40 lbs. routinely, often / occasionallyAbility to crouch, bend, twist and reachClarity of VisionAbility to identify and distinguish colorsMust be able to perform activities with repetitiveBased on work assignment, may be recommended to have medical testing in accordance with the company’s Occupational Health Program.Work Environment

Potential exposure to noise and equipment hazards (i.e. vacuum pumps, pressurized vessels), dangerous materials (i.e. chemicals, solvents, pathogens), freezer burns, allergens and strong odors.Qualifications And Education Requirements
Experience / EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent0-2 years of relevant or equivalent experience Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :Proficient in Oral & Written communication skillsA good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
