MUST HAVE TELE EXPERIENCE

Job Requirements

BLS - AHA or ARC Only

Nursys - Nursing only, within 30 days of start

License / Certificate Verification - Primary Source Verification of professional license and / or certification, required within 30 days of start

FMOLHS Skills Checklist - Unit specific to the contractor’s scope of practice within one year prior to start date; renewed annually

FMOLHS Competency Exam - Copies of exams needed, within year of start with passing score of 80% or higher

FMOLHS Core Competencies - HIPAA, Patient Bill of Rights, Safety Orientation, and other competencies; renewed annually

Health Statement - Statement signed and dated within 1 year of start stating traveler is able to work without restrictions

FMOLHS Criminal Background Check Results - Background checks must be within 30 days prior to start

Additional Details

2 references required; 1 Charge or Higher; 1 must be supervisor reference

Negative 10 Panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start
