Responsibilities

• Lead and support new product launch activities, including process development, line balancing, and tooling requirements.
• Design, implement, and improve assembly line layouts for efficiency, safety, and scalability.
• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and ergonomic assessments to optimize labor utilization.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and smooth transition from prototype to production.
• Develop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation.
• Identify and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide engineering support to resolve bottlenecks and quality concerns.
• Train production staff on new processes and equipment as part of launch readiness.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $45.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
