SME - Health Plan Operations

PSCI-LIA , a fast-growing 8(a), SDVOSB, and woman-owned small business, is seeking an experienced SME - Health Plan Operations that is 100% REMOTE in nature. The SME will guide the design, development, and implementation of value-based care pilot programs in accordance with Section 105 and 107 requirements. The role includes advising on legislative requests, policy development, and business process improvement across VHA. Below is the job description for your reference :

Responsibilities :

Lead design and implementation of value-based care pilots, ensuring compliance with legislative mandates.

Analyze current and future pilot implementations, providing data-driven recommendations.

Develop business processes supporting value-based health care.

Coordinate with policymakers, GAO, OIG, and national VHA stakeholders.

Provide leadership in managing national clinical and business programs.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

Master's degree in the relevant field.

10 years of experience required with extensive experience in leading VA healthcare systems in both rural and metropolitan settings. The health systems expert will support the design, development, and implementation of business processes, analysis of current, and future pilot implementations, and policy / legislative requests. At least eight years of VA Medical Center and / or Veteran Service Integrated Network (VISN) operations.

Preference will be given for experience with leading Congressionally mandated VHA initiatives to include coordination with policymakers, GAO and OIG stakeholders, and experience managing VHA national clinical and business programs.
