• Experienced in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PCs, peripherals, and printers.
• Skilled in installing and troubleshooting servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Proficient in setting up and resolving issues related to VOIP phone systems.
• Experienced in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting data communications equipment.
• Conducted comprehensive technical site surveys to assess infrastructure and equipment needs.
• Performed data cabling installation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure network reliability.
• Experienced in maintaining accurate inventory control of IT assets and equipment.
• Provided end-user desktop support, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
