SAP FICO Lead + SDM (Financial Accounting & Controlling + Service Delivery Management)

Location : Onsite Normal, Illinois

Tenure : 2 Years

Role Overview : As the FICO Lead , you will be responsible for overseeing the SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) modules, ensuring the successful implementation and support of financial processes. Additionally, you will handle Service Delivery Management (SDM) responsibilities to ensure service levels are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of FICO processes in SAP.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure that financial processes are properly mapped and configured in SAP.
• Oversee financial reporting, cost management, and financial integration with other SAP modules.
• Manage the SDM activities, ensuring that service delivery metrics and targets are met.
• Provide leadership and expertise in financial operations and service management.
