The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing marital property disputes and must hold New York and New Jersey Bar Admissions. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry and a proven track record of providing exceptional legal counsel to clients.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your key responsibilities will include :

1. Providing sound and pragmatic legal advice to clients on a wide array of legal matters, primarily focusing on marital property disputes.

2. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.

3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.

4. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.

5. Collaborating with our team of attorneys to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.

Job Details

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the New York and New Jersey State Bars.

3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong focus on marital property disputes.

4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively explain complex legal issues to clients.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
