Performs patient evaluations.Determines functional and attainable goals.Develops and implements appropriate treatment.Monitors patient progress, adjusting treatment accordingly.Provides education to the patient and caregivers.Other duties as assigned.E D U C A T I O N
Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited Physical Therapy program required.E X P E R I E N C E
Previous Physical Therapy experience in a hospital and / or outpatient clinic setting is preferred.C R E D E N T I A L S
Must have a current, valid Wyoming Physical Therapy license and must be in good standing with the Board.Must have current, valid Basic Life Support credential (BLS), or obtain within the first 60 days of hire and must maintain credential throughout employment with Ivinson.K N O W L E D G E , S K I L L S A N D A B I L I T I E S
