Position Overview

The Civil Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering projects from inception to completion. This role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. We are a civil engineering firm that provides land planning, surverying, engineering, water resources and other services to various markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of civil engineering projects including planning, design, and construction.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and expenditures.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, compliance reports, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure adherence to zoning and land development regulations.
• Collaborate with municipal authorities and stakeholders on project approvals and permits.
• Implement safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
