Role Description

Motel Margarita is looking to hire a self motivated individual that is social media native. An innate understanding of major platforms (instagram, tiktok, pinterest, etc) is the only prerequisite here. Outside of that we are just looking to find someone who is outgoing and can mesh well with our small creative team in Costa Mesa, CA.

Qualifications

• Must be available for in office, but most work will be outside of office
• Plan, create, publish engaging content (photo, video, copy, etc) across all major platforms
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual aesthetic, and posting schedule
• Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and interesting content directions
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to align social content with campaigns, product drops, and promotions
• Manage influencer partnerships, UGC sourcing, and community engagement initiatives
• Analyze social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies based on data
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain an active and authentic community presence
• Compensation based on experience (no experience necessary)
