Coverage Details :

December 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 (8 AM 6 PM)

December 12, 31; January 1, 2, 6, 7, 8 (2 PM 12 AM)

30+ shifts per month ongoing

Scheduled Clinical Hours Only

Shifts include weekends and holidays

Facility will accept multiple providers

Estimated Credentialing : 30 days (temporary privileges available)

Requirements :

Board Certified in Emergency Medicine

Active Ohio License

ACLS, ATLS, PALS

Must supervise Advanced Practice Providers

Assignment Details : Trauma Level : 3

PEDs Level : 2

Stroke Certified

Beds in Department : 32

Annual Volume : 70,000

Patients per Shift : 1.6 / hour

EMR : Epic

Support Staff & Services :

4 APPs

24-hour availability : Anesthesia, Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Catheterization Lab, General Surgery, Laboratory, Neuro-Surgery, OR Response, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology, Vascular Surgery
