Job descriptionDemonstrate alignment with True Homes' culture and values. Assist in attracting and persuading prospects to build a True Home. Execute the follow-up process with prospects and document all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Register all client visits and communication in CRM and provide timely follow-up. Inspect communities, models, and signage to ensure a professional and inviting sales environment. Engage with clients immediately upon entering the sales office to create a seamless experience. Maintain consistent client communication, documenting interactions, and ensuring top-tier customer service. Active state real estate license or willingness to enroll in a state-approved real estate licensing course (required). 1+ years of quota-bearing, commission-based sales experience (required). 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience (required). Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work weekends on a regular basis (with two consecutive off days) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. Formal sales training, B2B experience, broker experience, and leadership experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. Average Annual Sales Income : $150,000 - $300,000+ Comprehensive Benefits Package : Health and vision programs Company-paid dental, life, AD&D insurance Short-term and long-term disability 18 days of paid time off plus 9 company holidays in the first year
