Stone Logistics Inc is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. As a Psychiatrist at our company, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide comprehensive mental health care services.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals
- Prescribe and monitor medication regimens for patients
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals and medical providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Stay informed on current research and developments in the field of psychiatry
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on mental health disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of care in the provision of mental health services
Requirements :
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical schoolBoard certification in PsychiatryActive and unrestricted medical license in the state of FloridaMinimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatry preferredStrong diagnostic and treatment planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamKnowledge of electronic medical record systemsCompassionate and empathetic approach to patient careWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
