Job Details

Electrophysiology RN

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Electrophysiology Lab, or Special Procedures area preferred. Intensive Care or relevant health care field related experience considered.

Start date : ASAP

Daily Caseload : 4-10

First-timers accepted : Yes

Weekend REQ : No

Is on-call REQ? No

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No

Open to accommodating block schedule? At manager's discretion

Locals accepted : Yes

RTO Restrictions : At manager's discretion

Guaranteed Hours : See billing rules

Equipment : Carto, St. Jude and Spectranetics laser skills preferred

Documentation Systems : Epic and Claris experience preferred

Job Requirements

VA or compact license

BLS

ACLS within 90 days of employment

CCI RCES or CCI RCIS preferred

Registered Cardiovascular Technologist preferred

Unit Specific Information

Scrub, monitor, circulate, EKG skills, ablations, pacemaker / defib device placements, rhythm interpretation and watchman procedure skills REQUIRED.

EP Procedure Experience : Arrhythmia induction, baseline measurements, cardioversion, insertion / programming of AICDs, left atrial appendage closure and pacemaker insertion skills REQUIRED.
