George Fox University's Portland Seminary is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the part-time role as the Program Coordinator, Center for Thriving.
About the Job :
The Program Coordinator supports the Director of the Center for Thriving in advancing the Center's mission to foster thriving communities of faith by nurturing clergy and empowering congregations. This role provides critical support for grant administration, alumni engagement, resource development, and continuing education initiatives. The Program Coordinator will handle operational, communication, and event-related tasks to ensure smooth program delivery and partner engagement.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Assisting with administrative tasks related to existing Lilly Endowment, Inc. grants, including tracking program activities, compiling data, and preparing drafts for annual narrative and budget reports.
Supporting alumni network engagement through email updates, resource sharing, and event invitations.
Providing logistical and hospitality support for Center-hosted events.
Maintaining and updating online resources, including doctoral projects, theses, and other scholarly works in collaboration with the Director.
Maintaining organized records of program activities, participant data, and communications.
