Description
The Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and enhancing the overall employee experience within CenCore's office and operational environments. This role ensures that workplace environments support productivity, safety, and a strong sense of community. The ideal candidate is a proactive, service-oriented professional with a keen eye for detail, a passion for operations, and experience in dynamic or secure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Workplace Operations : Oversee day-to-day operations of CenCore's workplace environments.
- Experience Design : Develop and implement strategies that enhance the physical and cultural workplace experience, including space planning, employee amenities, and collaborative areas.
- Employee Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for workplace-related feedback and initiatives, driving improvements in comfort, functionality, and morale.
- Onboarding Experience : Partner with HR and department leads to ensure a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires, including workspace readiness, orientation coordination, and first-day support.
- Event & Culture Support : Organize and support onsite employee events, wellness activities, and team-building efforts to foster a positive and connected workplace culture.
- Technology & Tools : Coordinate with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure workplace technologies support a seamless employee experience.
- Sustainability & Efficiency : Identify and lead efforts to make the workplace more sustainable, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in workplace experience, facilities, office management, or hospitality-ideally in a secure or government-adjacent environment.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting.Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools).Experience supporting classified or controlled spaces is a plus.Must be a U.S. citizen; active security clearance or eligibility is a plus.
