About the Position Rue Insurance’s Personal Insurance Advisors are responsible for selling personal insurance products to prospects and account rounding / upselling existing clients to promote profitable agency growth that meets or exceeds annual sales targets / goals.

- Personal Lines Manager Department / Unit : Personal Lines Work Schedule & Classification : Full-time, salaried (exempt) position Salary : $50,000 - $75,000 Annually Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Handle incoming prospect calls, walk ins and website leads for new business.
- Generate new business opportunities by actively contacting prospects
- Scheduling prospecting appointments to perform interactive sales presentations
- Gather relevant personal information to provide quotes tailored to the specific needs of the client
- Network with prospects by developing centers of influence outside the agency
- Engage a flow of referrals and new business opportunities
- Develop and utilize prospecting strategies to increase opportunities for new business
- Review customers' current insurance and recommend changes or improvements.
Support the Rue Be Ready model by proactively seeking to discover client operational or exposure-based risk improvement opportunities, making appropriate risk control or insurance coverage recommendations to address identified risks, and following through to resolution.
