  • Description
  • Manage a team of customer service and licensed representatives; including but not limited to coaching, 1 : 1 meetings, mentoring, and encouraging.
  • Track attendance for representatives including approving and recording paid time off, recording unexcused absences and tardiness, and adjusting break / lunch schedule change requests.
  • Assist with the handling of BBB, DOI, and social media complaints and communicate the results to the requesting party.
  • Manage complex issues that the team cannot resolve, which may include interacting with policy holders.
  • Work in tandem with the Performance Coach to monitor reps' performance using productivity metrics.

  • Work in tandem with trainers to ensure the team stays up to date on all processes and procedures.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications
    • Needing at least 1-3 years of Call Center experience
    • Background in insurance is nice to have but NOT REQUIRED
    • MUST HAVE high school diploma or greater
    • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
    • Effective communication, decision making, time management, and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    • The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $51000.00 / yr.
